Provider FAQ
Who can register?
Dentists, hospitals, and labs in Uganda can self-register. You submit your profile and verification documents; Dentmores reviews them before your profile can appear publicly.
How long does verification take?
Most applications are reviewed after documents are submitted. You will see pending, needs more information, approved, or rejected status in the portal.
What if admins ask for more documents?
You will see a clear request note in the portal. Upload the requested documents and resubmit; your application returns to pending review.
Can I update a rejected application?
Yes. Open Update application, replace or add documents, and resubmit for another review.
